You must be at least 18 years old to use Meetbeat. By creating an account or joining our waitlist, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using Meetbeat, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other users.
- Create fake profiles or impersonate another person.
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content.
- Post content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of any content you post on Meetbeat. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Meetbeat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of Meetbeat is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetbeat and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm resulting from interactions with other users. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meetbeat and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Meetbeat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
